I just got done reading a lot of the reviews & to me it seems like a lot of people need to read what it says on their coupons & rebates before they go to the store so that they know what to look for what not to look for, so they know what they can use the rebates for so that they have a better experience when they're going through the store & buying things. It clearly states on the rebates what the rebates are not for. So do not get mad at the store people for the things that you cannot buy with the rebates you need to read first & you will know that.
My rebates are always good. They go good for everything I buy. I buy & I always get a lot of Kohl's cash back & on the 1st of the months I get a lot of money back for Kohl's rewards it's the only place I like shopping for Christmas time because of all the money that they give to me for shopping there. Walmart doesn't do that. Yes there are a lot of things that are very expensive but if you go there on the days that they have their big sales & with your Kohl's Cash you end up paying almost nothing. Boohahaha Happy Halloween everybody. Stay safe & ❤️ shop till you drop.
Employees are nice, but not very helpful. This location is also pretty small compared to other locations I've been to, so there's less merchandise to choose from.
Though I don't visit as often as I have in the past. I still like this place. The service is really good, and they have great options for men's clothing.

Kohls East Green Bay has created nothing but a nightmare for me and my Kohls credit card. Somehow they used my first name with my friends last name with the wrong address. First time I went to use it, my rewards somehow weren’t linked and the cashier was downright unhelpful. A young blonde who had zero customer service skills. Then as we were walking back to customer service to take care of what she couldn’t, we overheard her badmouthing us to the guy who had been next in line. Saying I was the idiot as to why it wasn’t set up, etc etc. If it wasn’t for the kind lady who helped us in the back at customer service and the mgr she had needed to do so, the overall trip would have been horrible. But as for the young blonde at checkouts, learn some customer service skills.
Not saying the chick back in HR is one McNugget short of a happy meal. But theres a reason why she working at a department store after acquiring a college degree. Solid life choices
In the mems jean section, they were so mixed up and unable to find the model, then very hard to find the sizes and no one around to help!!! I finally left, after looking around for help. Bad experience
